good run i was not really feeling this run i was having a really bad headache

for some reason i cant sleep at all during this week, I go to bed around 10 but cant fall asleep which is really annoying

oh well hopefully I can fall asleep easier again

and i need to stay hydrated

new goal: 50 fl oz of water a day
