Why do I run:
Running is now my way of life. Al Carius, my college coach at NCC, taught us that running is not just a sport, but a lifestyle. I will run until i die. |
Why I started running:
Coach McBride pulled me out of gym class and made me go out for cross country in 7th grade. Wasn't really any good at other sports, so running was the one i chose. Turned out to be a great call. |
