Notes

2 degrees at the start, 10 degrees at the finish

I learned a lot today. One thing I learned is that I could have pushed harder from 30-40k

Not happy with the time but I'm pleased that I finished.

Started to cramp at 25k and it was bad until 40k. From 27-40k was pure hell, lots of walking, stopping, stretching, swearing and screaming. I lost almost 25 minutes over 13 KM. Whatever happened to me at 40 K needed to happen at 30K. I KNOW I wasn't mentally tough enough, I managed to run the final 3k but it was mostly slow.
