Kind of a challenging run. Down to C&O, but found that packed snow that I could get no traction on, so after about 3/4 mile I turned around and ran back, then north on RCP. My quads were complaining from the portion on the C&O on throughout the run, I guess from running on snow earlier in the week. Also, this has been a relatively high mileage week after a couple of low mileage weeks, so quads were tired.
I did succeed in not getting irritated, first at a big off leash golden taking a snap at me then at a big, rambling group of senior citizen hikers that did not know the meaning of sharing the path.
