Good run with Coach and Jonesy. Beautiful evening at the high school. We went out slow enough and hit the road in 19:42 (not too bad.) I felt really good. Cruised in in 36:17 for the loop. Added on 9:10 solo to get six. Felt amazing. My foot just bugged me a bit. Great to run with the guys.
