Somewhat disappointing workout, the plan was 12/1/8/6/4 all at 71/70 pace. I wore flats for that 1,200 in which I ran 73,72,71. My form was somewhat breaking down, even though I wasn't running that fast. I put on spikes after the 12. My rests were 3:00, 2:30, 1:30, 1:00, 1:15, 1:15.
