Tough hilly run with Hunter across from the Res. Was battling up the hills and he goes out hard. Not sure about the pace on this one, GPS was giving me several splits over 8:00, so I'm not sure if the woods were screwing it up or the hills slow you down that much. Anyways, I'm gonna trust it on this one because of the hilliness, but the time was longer than I expected. Did 5x20 second strides afterwards. Calves survived despite no compression sleeves. Tempo tomorrow.
