Miserable "long" run back for me at this point. Did a super hilly loop in the high school trails. Felt pretty hot out. I felt absolutely horrible. My HR went up on the first climb, and it felt like it pretty much stayed there. The downhills shot my legs to bits and I just suffered the whole way, which is kind of what I was aiming for. Came back on the summer 5 loop from the road in 17:10, then went to the bathroom before finishing back down to behind the high school and adding on a small loop. My foot felt alright though, just bugged me slightly afterward.
