Notes

Good morning pool run. Was tired at the beginning and opened with a 2:44, but started powering through. Hit 5 in 13:15, 10 in 26:09, 15 in 38:56, 20 in 51:41, and finished with a sub-hour for 23 laps. Good negative split and mixed in 10x20 second strides. Hard session. Kind of doubting whether the pool is that great of an aerobic workout lately (more partial to the bike) but I know I got some good aerobic work out of this one.
