Notes

Had quick splits on this run despite repeatedly trying to slow down. Didn't feel great but the finish time was good. Dropped down to 6:00-6:30 pace (really couldn't tell you where in that range it was) for the last mile/half mile or so. And... pulled my calf. It initially didn't feel too bad, and I finished the run on it. But it soon started to kill. I'm writing this more than a week later and haven't run since. It's such a bummer; I'm very disappointed. And I've been neglecting my exercises too. Soon I'll be healed though! And I have endless stretches of time to get in the requisite training to race well.
