Run number two, did five laps of the .67 mile loop. It went well. Both calves are a little tight but the 5 miles of walking I did moving into school today and the two hour card ride were certainly harder on it. Tomorrow I'm gonna do 4-5 on a whim. And obviously careful warm-up and stretching and shizz. Very happy to be back and school and looking to run with some guys here. Gonna get training hard!.
