Notes

Planned on a track workout but couldn't do it because it was too cold and windy. So attempted to a tempo and fartlek on the mill. HR was super high at a super slow pace (like mid-160s at 7:50) and then climbed to 188 at 6:30 pace. Was super pissed so only did a 1.75 mile tempo then tried to go easy the rest of the way. Mill only gave me like 6.7 miles, but the effort was wayyyyy higher and my watch said over 7. Dunno what to think about shit right now...
