Notes

Did a pretty hard progression effort on the bike finishing with a really hard minute, a short recovery, then another 4 minutes at threshold followed by a quick cool down to hit the hour. Averaged 168 HR, tying I believe my highest ever, and maxed at 193, so was definitely in the max zone for at least part of that minute sprint. Good work done.
