Well, this is day of cross training. The MRI is coming soon but my foot is worse than ever so I'm on x-training mode until I get the MRI, I'll reevaluate from there. Solo ride to Grafton and past. Just hammered most of the way. Biking is hard. Split 40:00 out and 31:54 back. Bout 20 flat back from Grafton.
