Similar OAB as yesterday, did a workout on the climb. 2x5 mins @VO2 max w/2:30 rest in between. Actual was 5:14 and 5:20 for the segments, got close but not all the way to the top. Hurt like a b*tch. Then did some near-threshold on the gradual descent back (19-22 mph is about equal to 6 minute pace).
