Notes
It was hot. This run really sucked. This season I've had a steady stream of crappy Monday runs. I figured it usually had to do with the day off prior to it, but I ran yesterday and felt worse that I ever have running that slow. Anyway, coach ran with us for the first time this year. He's getting fit quickly. Out there today were the usual crew; Jonesy, Collin, Willie, coach, William, and I. Tomorrow we are racing in Woodstock (never raced there before) so I have no expectations, other than to beat the kids I should beat. However, I've gotten some terrible blisters, so my race may be affected tomorrow. Six strides after the run which SUCKED. Strides aren't fun lately.
