Good solo run. Saw Larry but he ran with his slow kids. I hit the road in 19:15 feeling good and realized I was going to run my first decent time for the loop all summer. Went through the summer 5 in 35:28. Added on the River Trail and pushed a little bit the last mile. Good run. Stretching afterwards.
