Ran with Willie and George at the high school. Good to see Larry and Coach Eno. Kate was also there which brought on some difficult emotions, but I think I hid it okay. Anyways, the run sucked to start and a gap emerged between myself and the other two, but I started to feel better as the run went on and I led the last chunk of it. Came through the Summer 5 in 35:49 and added on. Head is not in running right now.
