Some disappointing workout. Took too long between my warm up and mile. Went out in 79 and was not happy. Then I went 77 and was ugghing. I was able to drop two 75s though. So I got in the second half at goal pace. I took two minutes standing and then felt pretty strong for 2:28. 1:30 rest and then the same. I could've combined those 800s into a mile if I wanted. I think I just needed to get warmed up. I was planning on doing some 400s or 200s but I started talking to this local coach and he was pretty cool. Then Brenna came over so I bagged it. Might be smart considering my foot. Took a long break before my cool down. Hoping to crack 10 on Friday.
