3x100 meter strides to warm up. Decent track workout. Was unsure about what to do beforehand, but settled into this plan to work on VO2 Max for a bit, then do the standard mile pace stuff afterwards. The mile hurt pretty bad. I went 2:46-2:37. I doubt I could go two miles at that pace right now. It's whatever. Took plenty of rest in between everything. 200s were really smooth, 300s a little tough. Did them backwards, everything else all left turns. Shin and ankle were alright. Plan is Thanksgiving day race next Thursday.
