Good run with Willie, Anna, Ferenc, and Koby Gordon after work. We did the Summer 5 at a quick pace, I broke away from them at Pine Ponds and they finished at 35:15. I added on solo. Felt pretty good. Foot bugged me a little bit. Did 4x15 second strides afterwards.
