15 minute warm up, then good workout. 4x8 minutes tempo, 2 minutes easy. After the workout did 4x15 stride, 45 seconds easy. 12.5 minute cool down. Not nearly as tired afterwards. Tried walking again later (yesterday I did it 35 minutes with no pain) this time I did 37 minutes and there was pain. Bullshit. I'm out for a little while longer.
