Good solo long run at the rail trail. Went out feeling good for the first few minutes because it was cool and beautiful out. But then I started to suffer and grinded until about the half hour, when I felt better. The last few minutes sucked but in between I was in a good rhythm. Hit the gate at 11:11, the bridge at 22:5x, the 30 minute spot just under 30, the former 5-mile gate in 36:27, and turned around at 37:30. Wanted 34:30 on the way back, but ended up absolutely rolling. Sub-19 from the bridge and sub-9 from the gate back. The dogs came after me which jacked my adrenaline up, so I hammered home from there. It's nice that's it's basically dry there now. I'm in good shape. Foot is doing alright.
