Nice simple pretty easy ride. Out on PV, onto 103 for a while, got on Route 5 for a while. Nice place to bike. Overall average was 158, kept it nice and easy most of the way except I rode hard on one or two hills hitting 185 once. But no extended quality anywhere, just easy aerobic stuff.
