Notes

Treadmill at UHart. Foot is bugging me a lot. The blister has improved but the toe is swollen and it feels like a bone or tendon injury. I'm worried. But I got this thing in and felt good as usual. Did the first half in 21:46 and the second half in 20:31. Last mile in 6:40. Added on to 44 minutes to compensate and hit 6.27 miles. I'm feeling super fit, this pace is not fazing me in the slightest. I'm excited to see what I can do when I tempo sometime this week.
