Good solo run on the fields. Felt pretty good and progressed slightly. Not quite as good as Monday's run but that happens hen you're going a bit faster. Afterwards I did 4x~200 on the soccer field. Just ran until my GPS said .13 miles. The paces were 4:34, 4:21, 4:16, and 3:48. Took a running start on the last threee. Speed is there.
