Notes

First legit training session!!!! 2 minute run, 1 minute walk on Fall Mountain's trails with coach. Feet felt ok. Not perfect, but better than they have been. Perhaps they need running to heal. Who the hell knows at this point. I'm giddy at this point though. Two weeks to get fit for state. Not concerned about overall placing; just want to win D3 and get the team W. Hopefully I'll have a shot to PR at New England's. It is so amazing to be back running I cannot even describe it. You realize how much you missed it when you get back. 6 weeks until Footlocker Northeast also... This was part of a 28 minute total workout (I didn't count the walks.)
