Notes

Sunday cross training, pool run. 12 minute warm up including 5x15 second strides, 6x5 minutes VO2 max with 2 minutes easy in between, 12 minute cool down. Incinerated myself on the hard sections, basically 6xmile at 5k pace with a 400 jog. Had to get out of the pool at 40 minutes to go to the bathroom, so after rep 4. Was sweating in the water. Wore my watch, said I averaged 151 HR and burned 785 calories. I bet my HR was a lot higher than that though. I went so hard. My hip flexors and back of my knees were sore afterwards. Was so jacked up on caffeine for this though, fun stuff.
