Cold and rainy run with Willie in the trails. Felt pretty good because of the rain and definitely ran pretty quickly where we could. The puddles were a mess on the high school trails. We hit the track for the last half mile and ran it at 6:40 pace. It felt like a jog. So that's why I'm calling the pace 7:14 overall.
