Marathon Training Week 9: Legs were a little stiff this morning but feeling strong. After a quick shake down, I put the boys on their bikes and we went out for what was going to be a easy run. They pushed the pace a bit so I followed. Then I hit a groove and decided to go with it. Good run. Ran out of steam at the end.
