Marathon Training Week 8: Morning run. This felt a little tiring. My legs were still tired from the long run on the weekend. I started off slow (not on purpose) but then picked it up. My right foot is sore on the outside edge. This started hurting during the long run a couple of days ago, so I will have to watch it. I seem to be able to ignore it for the most part but need to make sure it doesn't turn into more of an injury.
