Marathon Training Week 8: Another morning run cut short by my stomach. Yay. It must be something I eat. Need to start tracking food consumption along with running. Not for losing weight, but for seeing if there is a pattern to what I eat versus how I feel. Or maybe I just need more time in the morning for my stomach to settle before heading out.
