Marathon Training Week 6: Another morning run. Run was ok. It was raining so i put on a long sleeve shirt. Found I was too warm half way into the run. Had to pit stop half way through the run too. I think I am eating too late in the evening. Having stuff sit in my stomach all night doesn't leave my stomach feeling great in the morning.
