Back at 360Fit gym for the summer. Today was 'Total Body and Absolution' class. After the warm-up, we did three sets of the following exercises, each performed for about 45 sec with a few seconds to change exercises.
- Squats with Kettle Bell Press
- TRX Row
- Down-Ups with Jump Squat (increasing)
- Push-ups
- V Sit
- Kettle Bell Swing
- Bent over Dumb Bell Fly
Then for the Abs we did 15 min of ab routine.
- Weighted Sit-up
- Double Sit-up
- Crunch Position and move Side to Side
- Plank position with weight pull from side to side
