Marathon Training Week 2: Since I missed the run on Wednesday, I shifted the runs to Thursday and Friday. Took the boys out with me. One rode a bike while the other ran. We went 3.5 km, then I dropped them off and kept going. Since i took a 5 minute break in the middle to drop them off, i added a little bit of extra distance on the run as well.
