3 out, 5 back 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 with 2 min before each. Got match wrong, shuold have done 2 min between and not started out with mod fartlek. So didn't get last 2 min of this run done (1 min mod, 1 min fast).
28:00 overall 5 miler. Was 11:45 at 2 mile, so 16:15 last 5k. Aimed for tempo and just slower than MP speeds.
