woke up 2 hrs early so got up to beat the severe thunderstorms that are on the way. Starting light rain within 1st mile then steady heavier. by mile 4.5 fairly heavy rain. Bloody nipple that started yesterday now really sore- a bloody nipple in February !!
Lungs still feel clogged from chest cold- can't breath- ran/walked a lot. crappy runlegs ok just cant breathe even at 10 m/m
Checked super feet mileage from 8/9/08 thur today 2/11/09 515 miles- 0.7 cent per miles ans still in good shape for now might replace before HM /oe end of March
