Mile race about an hour after the 3k. I was in the slow heat out of 2. The first lap again I got kind of pushed back, but the pace seemed slow, so I went to the front on the second turn. I think that was my slowest lap at like 35 or 36. I basically ran this one on my own, finishing in 4:37. Bobby also ran this and he ran a 4:46, which is pretty impressive. Glad my indoor mile PR isn't so garbino anymore (previously 4:49).
