2 miles warm up, 3 hard, 1 cool down. "Goal" should have been 7 minute miles, but knew I couldn't make that, so wanted to hold 7:20-7:25 miles, but just couldn't hang that quickly. Made myself keep working hard and steady, even when I was getting tired and could feel myself slowing down. Tried to concentrate on keeping my legs turning over at a good cadence.
