Run to the track at Kirkland Junior High, 6 x 1 mile, run home.
Run there sucked. Legs tired, felt heavy and slow, couldn't get a rhythm going.

Pretty darn happy with the efforts and results of the miles. Worked on pacing Marilyn to at or under 8 minute miles, and after the first mile where we got things figured out, we were under comfortably. Felt strong and smooth, and more importantly, felt consistent. Only 1 lap was too fast, and that was mostly due to one straight being too fast.
Legs were tired during and after, but the ice bath helped, and sleeping with a pillow under my legs was great!
