Steady swim in the UC pool. I lost focus a couple of times during the swim but I managed a good lap count and I was still holding a decent average pace.
I still have a ways to go though as far as endurance and swimming strength is concerned.
averaged 47s laps for 35 laps. Swam a 3 lap cooldown to bring my yardage to 1900
