Ran 10 miles on the bike trail. It was mighty boring to be honest... No hills, no headphones, no course changes. but at least I wasn't on a track or something. Held a faster pace on the way back. Ran 1 minute faster back than out.
My knees (both) felt sore and my upper body felt stiff and unnatural. I need to work on flexibility. I also need to build some endurance.
