Supposed to run 3 x 800 at goal mile pace (2:14) then 6 x 300 cut downs. Rest was 400 after the 800s, 100 after the 300s
Ran 2:16, 2:21, 2:32 and then made it through 2 300s before my calfs cramped (54, 53 if you must know)
Ran 1200 hurdles + saggy balls as warmup
2 miles cooldown
