I added on a little backtracking on Madison to make sure the run was 9 miles. I never stopped my watch during the run so the run time includes a stoplight and 4 water fountain breaks. I wasn't going fast but I was going faster than 8min pace for sure.
I didn't feel the best for this run but I needed to do it in order to build up endurance! Marathon ho!
