Notes

hurdle warmup and saggy balls,

workout was 600 at goal mile pace (1:40.5), 600 jog rest, then 3 x 300 in 43 seconds, 200 jog rest

I ran1:37 (1:01 at the 4), 43.6, 45.5, 42.6...

My legs were really tight towards the end of the workout so I sort of put together a 1 mile cooldown with lots of stopping and stretching. My times were on though and that was nice.
