Notes

Ran stride warmup per Daniel's running plan. You do consecutive strides across a set distance until you no longer take any less steps with each stride. I needed about 10 100m strides to accomplish this. 1 min rest in between.

Then 3xmile @6:30 with full rest. Then 1 mile cooldown. The results were good although I had a hard time setting my pace!
