Ran a quicker 3 miles after work. It was sunny out and I was sweating but the air felt dry. Maybe that's just me. I stopped at mile 2 to see how many pull ups I could do and it was 6. Went on my way after the pull ups. 7min pace did not feel easy... it will probably be a little while until it does again.
