Notes
The workout went so-so. I am not sure if I was truly more fatigued than usual or if I just psyched myself out.
I held pace decently but it became a struggle to keep it up towards the end of #3. I decided to cut out the 4th 1200 and go straight to the 400 I had planned. The goal for that was sub 70s.
I think I am just in the tired phase of getting back into shape. hopefully this doesn't continue.
