Notes

ran 1 mile, hurdle drills, 2 miles then workout

3 x (6 x 200 (goal pace 32 seconds (date 800 pace)) 200 jog rest in between, 3 minutes in between sets.

I ran:

28,32,32,32,31,31

28,32,31,31,30,31

29,30,31,31,30,29

I then did a 2.5 mile cooldown to make the mileage an even ten for the day.

My legs actually felt really good. I was able to keep running for the rest and only at the very end did anything get tight.
