Raced a good race on Saturday! I wasn't feeling the strongest but I was feeling well enough to lead from about .5 miles on. I got a blister for the last mile which sucked big time! It is the size of a golf ball (dia.) and was ripped 80% off during the race. That probably slowed me down to 8 minute pace at the end.
I am happy with the results though! I think they paint a decent picture of my fitness levels so far. Here's to qualifying for Boston!
